He was predeceased by: his parents, Viola and Ward; his stepmother Aggie; and his siblings, Nancy and Cory.

He is survived by: his wife Nancy; his children, Jenni (Graham) and Derek; his grandson Braxton; and his sisters, Lori Cardenas and Kristen Anderson.
