It is with great sadness that we announce the death of Karen Lola Anderson of Rogers, Minnesota, born in Menahga, Minnesota, who passed away on December 1, 2021, at the age of 80, leaving to mourn family and friends. She was predeceased by: her parents, Elmer Palokangas and Betty Palokangas (Wuollet); her husband James H. Anderson; and her sister Mavis. She is survived by: her daughters, Jennifer Barfknecht (Tim) of Britt and Kim Amundson (Blake) of Rogers; her grandchildren, Kyle, Matthew, Joseph and Lauren; her brother Russell Palokangas; and her siblings-in-law, Bonnie Kober (Gary), Karen Erickson (Van), Elaine Niemi (Ron) and Raymond Franzen. She is also survived by numerous nieces and nephews.
