He was predeceased by: his parents, Elmer Strehler and Edna Strehler; and his niece Clarice Schleif. He is survived by: his wife Bonnie; his sons, Seth (Jennifer) and Matthew (Dawn); his grandchildren, Cody and Kaci; and his brothers, Donald (Karen) and Wilferd (Diann). He is also survived by many nieces, nephews, other relatives & friends.
In lieu of flowers memorials preferred to American Cancer Society or American Diabetes Association.
