Osland of Rockford, Minnesota, born in La Crosse, Wisconsin, who passed away on August 18, 2021, at the age of 83, leaving to mourn family and friends. She was predeceased by: her parents, John Anderson and Avis Anderson (Tietz); and her brother Darol Anderson. She is survived by: her husband Norvald Osland Jr.; her son David Osland (Jennifer) of Minneapolis, MN; and her sister Carla Johnson (Gordon) of La Crescent, MN. She is also survived by nieces, nephews, other relatives and friends.
