He was predeceased by: his parents, Frank Muellner and Angela Muellner; his parents-in-law, Laurence and Winifred Pangerl; and his siblings-in-law, Judy Bostrom, Tony Ulik, Marvin Tollefson and Larry Pangerl.
He is survived by: his former wife Patricia Pangerl; his daughter Theresa; his wife Pat Muellner; his children, Terri (Butch Johnson) and Gregory Muellner (Kimberly); his grandchildren, Emily, Aden and Austin; his siblings, Annabelle Tollefson, Bernice Ulik, Lynnette Downing (Bob), Walter Muellner and Mark Muellner (Chris); and his sisters-in-law, Linda Ronzheimer (Loren), Brenda Huenecke (Lee), Cindy Pangerl, Wendy Jannusch (Len) and Jodi Hammill. He is also survived by many nieces, nephews and friends.
Due to COVID concerns, a celebration of Richard's life will be held in the spring of 2022.
