It is with deep sorrow that we announce the death of Janice Lea Olson of Rock Creek, Minnesota, who passed away on December 19, 2023, at the age of 81, leaving to mourn family and friends. You can send your sympathy in the guestbook provided and share it with the family.
She was predeceased by: her parents, Evelyn Tibbetts (Sauer) and Alvah "Ted" Tibbetts (Ted); her husband Ronnie Olson of Rock Creek; her siblings, Ivan Tibbetts (Lorraine), Laurel Newsome (Joe), Rodney Tibbetts, David Tibbetts (Susie) and John Tibbetts; her parents-in-law, William and Jennie Olson; and her siblings-in-law, Dale Olson, Kenny Olson, Harold Olson, Charles Olson, Clifford Olson and LaDez Pangerl.
She is survived by: her daughter Sue Losinski (Chuck); her grandson Tyler Losinski; her children, Sandie Osterhus (Chad Foos) and Dylan Osterhus; her grandson Jaxon Osterhus; her children, Steve Olson (Gwyn), Jade Mikkelson and Alie Mikkelson; her grandsons, Noah and Lincoln Brenneman; her sisters, Lois Larson (Myron) and Becky Schlegel of Savage; and her sister-in-law Kathy Tibbetts of Hawley. She is also survived by 35 nieces and nephews.
The staff at Ecumen were a blessing to Jan and the family is truly grateful for the excellent care and love they provided during her long journey with dementia and Alzheimer's.
