He was predeceased by: his parents, Nels Kvam and Cora Kvam (Knutson); and his siblings, Raymond Kvam, Elroy Kvam and Gloria Greicar.
He is survived by: his wife Eunice Kvam; his children, Bruce Kvam (Peggy), Robin Kvam, Peter Kvam, Jeanne Kvam, Stephanie "Penny" Douglas and Marjorie Cantu; his grandchildren, Nicole, Michel, Amanda, Tobie and Eric; his great grandchildren, Elijah and Jose; and his sister Norma Blayden. He is also survived by many other relatives and friends.
