He was predeceased by: his father Jimmy Hendrix; his grandparents, Paul and Beluah Radke (Newell); his brother Jimmy Jr.; his nephew Michael Hendrix; his niece Leslie Hendrix; his brother-in-law Dan Gallagher; and his close friends, Tim Morris and Kerry Krudwig.
He is survived by: his mother Donna Hendrix (Radke); his son Jimmy; the mother of his child Billie Jo; his siblings, Shane Hendrix (Jackie) and Barb Gallagher; his nieces and nephews, Shanna Badger (Adam), Nikki Hendrix, DJ Yelton, Dylan Hendrix, CJ Hendrix and Austin Hendrix; and his godchildren, Jada, Sky and Timmy Morris. He is also survived by many aunts, uncles, cousins, great nieces and nephews.
Wade was able to give back by organ donation.
