He was predeceased by: his parents, Reginald O'Neil and Elizabeth "Dell" O'Neil; and his brother Tom. He is survived by: his significant other Lynelle Webb-O'Neil; his brother Jerry O'Neil (Lynelle); and his sons, Willie O'Neil (Katie), Mike O'Neil (Heather), Meagan Webb (Tyler), Collin Webb (Danielle) and Mackenzie Hodgman (Nick). He is also survived by grandchildren.
In lieu of flowers the family kindly requests that donations be made in the form of gift cards, which will be used to plant trees in Tim's honor.
