He was predeceased by: his parents, Theodore Harper and Joyce Harper (Latherow); his former wife Nina Harper; and his brothers, Terry and David Harper.
He is survived by: his wife Linda Hemerick-Harper of Rochester; his stepchildren, Kenneth'Aaron'Hiser of Tucson, Eric Parkhurst of Joshua Tree, California and Chris Larson (Jon) of Hastings, Minnesota; his stepgrandchildren, Brandon Henning, Kali Peterson and Abby Anderson (Cody); his siblings, James Harper (Pat O'Leary) of Raleigh and Sally Muse (John) of Monticello, Illionis; and his siblings-in-law, Flo, Barb, Craig, Deb, Randy, Pat, Larry, Mary, Barney, Mike, Shelly, Butch and Patty. He is also survived by cousins, nieces, and nephews.
