He was predeceased by: his parents, Dewey Stensrud and Anita Stensrud; and his grandparents, Virginia, Galen Raymond, Emma and Lawrence Stensrud.

He is survived by: his sons, Travis, Dominic and Nicholas; his grandson Braiden; his sister Tammy Nielsen (Larry); his nephews, Erik and Alex of St. Charles, MN; and his pets, Cooper and Parker.
