He was predeceased by: his parents, Ralph Howe and Elaine Howe (Harrington); his brother Ronnie; and his aunt Harriet. He is survived by: his wife Mary Howe; his stepdaughters, Meghan Mitchell and Veronica Holtan (Brandon); and his children, Micki Gartner (Tom), Nicole Springer (Scott) and Josh Howe. He is also survived by 13 grandchildren, and 2 great-grandchildren.
Memorials are preferred to Leukemia Research Foundation.
