She was predeceased by: her father Franklin Goertz. She is survived by: her mother Judy Goertz; her husband Chris of Rochester; her sons, Jacob (Jasmine) and Joshua; and her siblings, Rodney (Jennifer), Kyle (Tricia) and Jodi Hass (Patrick). She is also survived by cousins, brothers/sisters-in-law, and many nieces and nephews.
She also worked for The American Cancer Society at Hope Lodge in Rochester for 7 years, as a coordinator.
