She is survived by: her mother Mary Ann Jack (Caflisch); her daughters, Karen Wesselmann (Jeff) of New Ulm, MN and Whitney Jack (Bobby Watson) of Rochester, MN; her grandson Riley; her great grandchild Greyson; her brother David Patrick Jack of Monument, CO; and her nephews, Bryan Jack (Jennifer), Adam Jack and Jared Jack. She is also survived by her family, friends.
