He is survived by: his son Adam Smart of Rochester; his stepdaughter Evelyn Klobassa; his parents, Chad Campbell (Cindy) of Hammond, MN and Kelly Lee Smart; his stepmother Julie Ferguson; his siblings, Jesse Campbell (Raenell) of Hammond, MN, Justin Campbell (Kassie) of Grand Rapids, MN, Taylor White of Rochester, MN, Michael Smart of Conroe, TX, Brian Smart of Dyersburg, TN, Carolyn Smart of Dyersburg, TN, Amanda Bauman (Nathan Waletzko) of Pine Island, MN and Christine Campbell of Hammond, MN; and his grandparents, Donna Wensch of Rochester, MN, Max Campbell, Kelly M. Foley and Adam. He is also survived by many nieces and nephews.
