She was predeceased by: her parents, George McGuire and Mildred McGuire (Bundy); her son Gerald; her husband Frank Mitchell; her sister Donna; and her son-in-law James Burnside.
She is survived by: her children, Barbara "Barb" Mathias (Michael) of Oronoco, Ellen "Ellie" Burnside of Lexington, KY and James Mitchell (Rhonda Richardson) of Rochester; her grandchildren, Carrie, Melanie, Jamie, Brent and Eric; her great grandchildren, Ella, Anabel, Landon and Morgan; her brother George McGuire of Rochester; and her siblings-in-law, John Mitchell (Helen) of Faribault and Arlene Riley of Rochester.
Visitation will be held on Saturday, February 8th 2025 from 1:00 PM to 3:00 PM at the St. John's Lutheran Church. A funeral service will be held on Saturday, February 8th 2025 at 3:00 PM at the same location.
Memorials are preferred to St. John's Lutheran Church in Hammond.
