He was predeceased by: Gail. He is survived by: his children, Lynn Bluske (Randy) of Rochester, MN, Robin Sicoli (Aldo) of Eagan and Scott Forstie (Lori) of Rochester; his grandchildren, Jeff, Amy (Will), Brad, Matthew, Ben (Crissy), Zackary (Josie) and Eleanor; his great grandchild Marco; and his brother Glenn.

In lieu of flowers, memorials are preferred to the Salvation Army.
