He was predeceased by: his parents, George Wager and Carrie Wager (Trentz); his wife Alice; his son Earl; and his siblings, George, John, Tony, Joe and Margaret.
He is survived by: his children, Lynn (Jacque), Dan (Pam), Pete (Joan), George (Janine), Dianne, Mary Richardson (Kevin), Patty and Peggy Scott (Ken); and his siblings, Mary, Walt, Dorothy and Helen. He is also survived by nineteen grandchildren and 20 great-grandchildren.
