He was predeceased by: his parents, Lydia Fraki and William Fraki; and his wife Joy Springman. He is survived by: his children, Deborah Swarthout, Jeff Fraki (Stephanie), Nancy Lexvold (David), Susan Nelson (Kevin) and Michelle Wiskow; his grandchildren, Sarah (Andrew), Patricia, Matthew, Terry (Ginger), Angela, Andrew, Amy (Michael), Megan, Adam, Ryan and Jacob; and his great grandchildren, Jackson, Kaylee, Sullivan and Sawyer. He is also survived by several nieces and nephews.
Family request memorials be given in Larry's name to the St. Croix Hospice Rochester or Pine Island Area Homes Services.
