He is survived by: his wife Janet; his sons, Eric (Lisa) and Thad (Suzy); his grandchildren, Julia Gustafson (Ben), Allison, Danielle, Mark and Seth; his great grandchildren, Adelin Gustafson and Brooks Gustafson; and his sister-in-law Lois Johnson.
