He was predeceased by: his parents, Melvin Anderson and Hazel Anderson (Nelson); and his brother Roger Anderson. He is survived by: his wife Carol A. Anderson; his sons, Michael (Candy Van) of Waukee and Timothy (Nancy Forman Anderson); his grandsons, Jeremy and Kyle Anderson; and his sister Nancy Anderson Helgeson.
In lieu of flowers, memorials and donations are preferred to the family for later distribution.
