He is survived by: his parents, David Holmes and Virginia Holmes (Zuehlke); his children, Jess and Tucker; his wife Jill Holmes; his son Eli Holmes; his siblings, David Richard (Sarah), Nathaniel Holmes and Jessica Noe (Jess); and his parents-in-law, John, Ann Lograsso, Peter and Rebecca Birk. He is also survived by his sister and brother-in laws; aunts and uncles; cousins; nieces and nephews.
