She was predeceased by: her parents, Isaac Poldervaard and Eva Poldervaard (Koster); her husband James Douglas Wallace; and her sisters, Joyce Shattuck, Leona Newkirk and Arlene Oeltjen.
She is survived by: her siblings, Loren Poldervaard and Marcella Johnson; and her sister-in-law Jan. She is also survived by many nieces and nephews.
