It is with great sadness that we announce the death of Jeffrey Kubiak (Rochester, Minnesota), who passed away on February 4, 2025, at the age of 70, leaving to mourn family and friends. Family and friends are welcome to leave their condolences on this memorial page and share them with the family.

He was predeceased by: his parents, Edwin Kubiak and June Kubiak; his son Kirk Eli Kubiak; his brother Eric Kubiak; and his aunt Rose Palama (Kubiak).

He is survived by: his daughters, Nicole Kubiak and Amanda Kubiak; his granddaughters, Kylah, Brisa and Isabella; his significant other Mary Johnson; his brother Mark Kubiak; and his nieces and nephews, Brian, Erin, Kyle and Kayla. He is also survived by great nieces and nephews, aunts, uncles, and cousins.
