He is survived by: his stepmother Peggy Finstad of Rochester, MN; his siblings, Samuel Foster of Austin, TX, Christie Tlougan (Justin) of Utica, MN, Pat Sutton (Melissa) of Zumbrota, MN and Jesse Sutton of Rochester, MN; and his cousin Angie Smoot (Kevin) of Rochester. He is also survived by several aunts, uncles, cousins, nieces and nephews.
