He is survived by: his spouses, Howard and LaDonna; and his children, Sue Puder, Peggy Bankers (Paul), Mary Jo Puder, Sally Axtell (Mike), James Puder (Julie) and Michael Puder (Kandi). He is also survived by 12 grandchildren and 2 great-grandchildren.
