She was predeceased by: her parents, Emil Bayer and Kunigunde Bayer; her husband William Sornberger; her sons, Roger Sornberger and Steven; her brothers, Emil Bayer and Benno Bayer; and her sister-in-law Emily Bayer.
She is survived by: her son Bill Sornberger (Kathy) of Rochester, MN; her grandchildren, Jennifer Iaquinto (Tom) and Andrew Sornberger (Courtney) of Rochester, MN; her great grandchildren, Anna Katherine, Sophia Sornberger and Austin Iaquinto; and her sister-in-law Maria Bayer of Nurnberg, Germany..
