With profound sadness, we say goodbye to Gary Larson of Rochester, Minnesota, born in Albert Lea, Minnesota, whose vibrant spirit touched the lives of many. Gary left this world on April 30, 2024 at the age of 64, leaving a void in the lives of so many people. You can send your sympathy in the guestbook provided and share it with the family.
As we bid Gary farewell, let us not mourn the absence of his physical form, but rather celebrate the essence of his spirit that lingers in the spaces between moments. For Gary is not truly gone, but merely transformed, his energy intertwined with the fabric of the universe itself, forever dancing among the stars.
He was predeceased by: his parents, Kermith Wayne Larson and Beverly Ann Larson (Rygh). He is survived by: his wife Ellen Wlodarski; his children, Grace and Owen; his brothers, Mike Larson (Rosanne) of Lake Mills, IA and Bob Larson (Julie) of Jefferson, IA; and his close friend Rick Stover (Angie) of Story City, IA.. He is also survived by numerous nieces and nephews, other relatives, friends, and brothers and sisters.
In lieu of flowers, the family requests donations be made to Samaritan's Purse, Children's Heart Project or Operation Christmas Shoebox.
