He was predeceased by: his parents, Emil Heintz and Alexina Heintz (Roosen); his wife Sharon Wilcox; his son Dale; and his sister Alice Osborne.
He is survived by: his children, Susan Meier (Joe) of Chaska, MN and Don Heintz (Connie) of Elgin, MN; and his grandsons, Connor Meier (Carly) and Tyler Meier.
