He was predeceased by: his parents, Norman Jerde and Teresa; and his siblings, Dick Jerde and Jo Ann Stein. He is survived by: his wife Elna Streich (Ellie); and his children, Kristine Oscarson (Richard), Patrice Branca (William), Steven Jerde (Laura) and Craig Jerde. He is also survived by nine grandchildren, and eight great grandchildren.
