He was predeceased by: his parents, Dean McCullough and Cathryn McCullough (Hunter); his wife Phyllis Perkins; his siblings, Jack McCullough, Dean "Pete" McCullough, Betty Birkholm (Erling) and Barbara Putratz (Ronald); and his sisters-in-law, Darlene McCullough and Jule McCullough.
He is survived by: his sons, Michael (Connie) of Rochester, Steven (Sandy) of Rochester, David (Dawn) of Rochester and Patrick of Rochester; his grandchildren, Madelyn, Erik McCullough (Delaney), Andrew McCullough (Katelyn), Cathryn Wilder (Luke), Josie Espinoza (Rafael), Geoff Stevens (Lyndsey) and Spencer Stevens; his brother Richard McCullough; and his sister-in-law Nancy McCullough. He is also survived by 9 great grandchildren.
