It is with great sadness that we announce the death of Derek Joseph Gossman of Rochester, Minnesota, who passed away on September 20, 2021, at the age of 50, leaving to mourn family and friends. He was predeceased by: his father Kevin Gossman; his uncle Vance Thompson; and his grandparents, Glenn, Margaret Thompson, Joseph and Ellen Gossman.
He is survived by: his mother Faline Gossman (Thompson); his former wife Carrie Peterson of Lanesboro, MN.; his brother Dan Gossman (Molly); his nieces, Isabella and Amelia of Rochester; his sister Jill Kos (Paul); his nieces and nephews, Hayley, Carly, Greta and Eliza of Apple Valley, MN.; and his daughter Cora.
