Dennis Butterbaugh Obituary
It is with great sadness that we announce the death of Dennis Butterbaugh of Rochester, Minnesota, who passed away on November 26, 2024, at the age of 86, leaving to mourn family and friends. He was predeceased by: his parents, Paul Butterbaugh and Pauline Butterbaugh (Smith); his wife Gloria Butterbaugh; and his siblings, Carol Moses (Charlie) and Michael Butterbaugh (Sarah).
He is survived by: his children, Catherine Penno (Thomas), Jeffery Butterbaugh (Donna) and Matthew Butterbaugh (Susan); his grandchildren, Daniel Penno, Michael Penno (Jena), Cassandra Butterbaugh, Brandon Butterbaugh, Mitchell Butterbaugh (Laura), Reece Butterbaugh, Samuel Butterbaugh (Lauren) and Leah Burris (Brice); his great grandchildren, Wesley, Bennett, Mattea, Beau, Josephine and Simon; and his siblings, Nancy Thompson (Roger) and Patrick Butterbaugh (Sandy). He is also survived by many nieces and nephews.
Visitation was held on Friday, December 6th 2024 from 10:00 AM to 11:00 AM at the Evangel United Methodist Church (2645 N Broadway Ave, Rochester, MN 55906). A funeral service was held on Friday, December 6th 2024 at 11:00 AM at the same location.
In memory of Dennis, memorials may be given to Evangel United Methodist Church, Rochester.
