He is survived by: his wife Diane (Kafka); his daughters, Kim (Jeff Boehm), Cindy (Eric Bohnert), Jill (Brad Krueger) and Jenny (Blaine Rinell); his grandchildren, Trent, Jordan, Ben and Kate; his stepchildren, Erik Kafka (Delmi), Erin Brankline (David) and Lance Kafka; and his grandchildren, Allisson, Alexa, Axel, Alexander, Arika, Giuliana, Isabella and Bricelyn.
