He was predeceased by: his parents, Robert Milliken and LeVera Milliken. He is survived by: his wife Judy; his children, Theresa Jeske (Bruce), David Milliken (Janelle), LeRoy Milliken (Teana), Ken Milliken (Marsha), Ann Kolb (Mark) and Robert Milliken (Marta); and his siblings, Ray, John Milliken, Mollie Riess (Leo) and Velma Honeyman (Art). He is also survived by 10 grandchildren, 18 great grandchildren, 5 great-great grandchildren.
Visitation was held on Thursday, February 20th 2025 from 3:00 PM to 6:00 PM at the Ranfranz and Vine Funeral Homes (5421 Royal Pl NW, Rochester, MN 55901).
