He is survived by: his wife Cathy; his son Levi; his parents, Keith Flormoe (Aj Maxson) and Martha Anne Flormoe; and his siblings, Michelle, Shalon, Aaron, Tabitha, Tony and Tyler. He is also survived by numerous cousins, nieces, and nephews.
