He was predeceased by: his mother Anna Mador; his daughter Teresa Bass (Carla Mador); and his brother Doug Mador. He is survived by: his children, Todd Mador, Bridget, Samantha, Trey and Kara Christenson (Bruce); his grandchildren, Jacob, Emily, Erik and Nicole; and his great grandchildren, Jessica, Jacob and Derrick. He is also survived by several great grandchildren and nephews.
