He was predeceased by: his parents, Robert Matheson and Marlys Matheson. He is survived by: his wife Sylvia Jean Berntson; his grandchildren, Cody, Dylan Hughes, Dannica, Madison Borchardt and Camden Counsell; and his sisters, Brenda Hacker and Rebecca Gobin (Larry). He is also survived by his wife of 47 years, his children.
