He is survived by: his parents, Larry Degener (Irma) and Janet Degener (Rucker); his wife Jennifer Degener (Campbell); his daughters, Hannah Degener (Luke Runge) and Natalie Degener (Javin Logan); his parents-in-law, Joe and Avis Campbell; his brothers, Ren Degener and Reed Degener (Julie); and his stepsiblings, Tammy Strain (Wade) and Hunter Hague.
Visitation was held on Tuesday, December 3rd 2024 from 5:00 PM to 8:00 PM and on Wednesday, December 4th 2024 from 10:00 AM to 11:00 AM. A memorial service was held on Wednesday, December 4th 2024 at 11:00 AM at the Resurrection Lutheran Church (4520 19th Ave NW, Rochester, MN 55901).
