It is with great sadness that we announce the death of Catherine Marie Spencer (Rochester, Minnesota), who passed away on May 11, 2019, at the age of 96, leaving to mourn family and friends. She was predeceased by: her parents, Joseph Powers and Matie Powers (Rasmussen); her brother James "Jim" Powers; and her children, Mary Spencer and Tim Spencer.
She is survived by: her husband Charles "Chuck" Spencer; her children, Margaret Trost (Dan), Joseph Spencer (Sharon), Andrew Spencer (Muriel) and Sara Cowen (Chris); her daughter-in-law Joanne Spencer; and also Flossy. She is also survived by 11 grandchildren; and 13 great-grandchildren.
