It is with great sadness that we announce the death of Arlene Wenzel of Rochester, Minnesota, born in Perth Amboy, New Jersey, who passed away on June 16, 2024, at the age of 87, leaving to mourn family and friends. Family and friends are welcome to leave their condolences on this memorial page and share them with the family.
In the vast expanse of eternity, Arlene shall find rest, cradled in the arms of everlasting peace. And as we bid Arlene farewell, her loved ones carry with them the precious gift of her memory, a beacon of hope guiding them through the shadows of sorrow towards the light of a new dawn.
She was predeceased by: her mother Helen Karocky; her husband Victor J. Wenzel, Jr. of South Amboy, NJ; and her son Victor J. Wenzel III. She is survived by: her children, Shelley Matthiesen (Dennis) of Oronoco, MN, Elizabeth Dettman of Hugo, MN and Andrew Wenzel (Lisa) of Mount Horeb, WI. She is also survived by 5 grandchildren and 9 great-grandchildren.
The family has requested that remembrances be made in the form of contributions to Gift of Life Transplant House of Rochester, MN.
