He is survived by: his mother Shirley Sandberg (Halvorson); his children, Shane Sandberg (Kris), Alissa Ratz (Isaac), Holly Sandberg, Casey Grossman (Tyrel) and John Sandberg; his grandchildren, Elsie, Addie, Caleb and Keaton Ratz; his children, Autumn Kvittem and Henry Grossman; and his siblings, Bryan Sandberg (Cindy) and Kathi Sandberg-Kelly (Pat).
Visitation was held on Monday, February 17th 2025 from 10:00 AM to 11:00 AM at the Community Alliance Church (408 Elm St W, Detroit Lakes, MN 56501). A funeral service was held on Monday, February 17th 2025 from 11:00 AM to 12:00 PM at the same location.
