He was predeceased by: his parents, Cornelius Mjolsness and Olga Mjolsness (Lee); his wife Doris Jacobson; his siblings, Leon, Lucille and Adeline Monson; his great grandchild Aiden Canning-Worley; and his stepmother Mabel Mjolsness.
He is survived by: his children, Christine Canning (Charles), Fargo, David Mjolsness (Patricia Coulson) of Rochert, MN, Chuck Mjolsness (Mayda Diaz) of Parkland, FL and Kathryn Kallis (Scott) of Detroit Lakes, MN; his grandchildren, Benjamin Canning (Chelie), Andrea Canning, Lexis Krieg (Bear), Courtney Sailer (Dustin), Emily Stock (Andrew Long) and Came Diaz (Jorge Diaz); and his great grandchildren, Olivia Canning, Alexander Canning, Worley, Josie Krieg, Adley Krieg, Nash Sailer, Bodie Sailer and Eva Stock.
