It is with great sadness that we announce the death of Shirley A. Rotter (Robbinsdale, Minnesota), who passed away on February 18, 2020, at the age of 71, leaving to mourn family and friends. She was predeceased by: her parents, Arthur Haynes and Evelyn Haynes; and her siblings, Allan, Leeland "Butch" Haynes and Sandra Tesar.
She is survived by: her children, Stephanie Harlan (Riley) and Eric Rotter (Mary); her grandchildren, Anna Harlan, Sarah Harlan, Joseph Harlan, Cole Rotter and Etta Rotter; her sisters, Louise Kaus and Diane Dehen (Jack); her sister-in-law Nancy Haynes; and also David. She is also survived by many nieces and nephews.
