He was predeceased by: his parents, Charles Meyers and Anna Meyers (Flaata). He is survived by: his wife Arleen (Hanson); and his children, Deanna Asp (Richard), Ronald (Nila), Dan (Kathy), Sandra and Steve (Traci). He is also survived by 10 grandchildren and 12 great grandchildren, many nieces and nephews.
