She was predeceased by: her husband Paul; her parents, Jeremiah O'Keefe and Blanche O'Rourke O'Keefe; and her siblings, Jerry, Kevin, Emmett, Erin and Claire.
She is survived by: her children, Mary, Kathryn, John and Edward; her grandchildren, Rachel, Paul and Sydney; and her sister Jean.
Pending Covid, a public memorial service will be held in 2021 at a later date.
