He was predeceased by: his parents, Bob and Char; and his brother Tom. He is survived by: his wife Mary; his sons, Nick and Tony Kolstad; and his siblings, Jim Kolstad (Lisa), Bill Kolstad (Ann) and Barb Beeson (Scott). He is also survived by many other relatives and friends.
