He is survived by: his parents, Duane Hughes and Mary Hughes (Hubler); his sons, David Lindberg (Jolene) and Michael Lindberg (Chelsea); his grandchildren, Hazel, Adelynn and Keith; his siblings, Kathy Lee, David Hughes (Nancy), Michael Hughes (Mary), Patty Pavlak and Dan Hughes; and his nieces and nephews, Jessica, Kristine, Kari, Kate, Theresa, Elise, Aaron and Derek. He is also survived by many uncles, aunts and cousins.

In recognition of Jeff's love for golf, memorials preferred to Minnesota Youth on Course.
