She was predeceased by: her daughter-in-law Lori Fortman; and her great grandchild Kidd Stewart. She is survived by: her husband Jack; and her children, David, Steve (Paula), Greg Fortman and Vicki Roberts (Rob). She is also survived by 11 grandchildren, 8 great grandchildren; 5 siblings and many nieces and nephews.
In lieu of flowers, memorials preferred to Sacred Heart School.
