He is survived by: his wife Ann; his children, Rodney (Susan), Susan Holm (Craig) and William (Jeannie); his grandchildren, Sarah (Steve), Scott, Anna (Kelen), Jason, Lisa, Abigail, Alexander and Elizabeth; his great grandchild Caleb; and his siblings, Jerry and Carol Horstman. He is also survived by many other relatives, as well as friends.
